Refund policy
Once your order has been accepted and shipped via USPS, Unique Touch Designs is no longer responsible for the package. USPS assumes responsibility once the item is in its possession.
If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, Unique Touch Designs will work closely with USPS to assist in filing a claim or resolving the issue; however, replacement or reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Please note that all custom items are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these products, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
